By doing so, they confirm that they have been clearly informed and have the ability to save or print the terms. These terms apply to any contract for the purchase and sale of physical assets or minted coins made of precious metals. By creating a profile, accessing the website, or conducting transactions, the CUSTOMER agrees to and is obligated to comply with these terms. Both parties warrant that they are duly authorized, possess the necessary rights and licenses to fulfill the contract, and are not subject to any claims that would prevent them from doing so.
